I have 10 years of experience as a school counselor where I help kids with substance abuse, behavior issues and emotional challenges. I help bullies and kids who are bullied. Additionally, I help adults dealing with grief, anxiety and depression. I can help you discover new coping skills and develop healthy behaviors.
